In recognition of outstanding achievement, Dr. Sally Hodder has been honored with the inaugural Chancellor’s Preeminent Scholar Chair by West Virginia University Health Sciences Chancellor and Executive Dean Dr. Clay Marsh.
In recognition of her outstanding accomplishments in teaching and scholarly activities, Christa Lilly, associate professor in biostatistics, has been selected to receive the Academic Scholar Award.
Tara Hulsey, WVU School of Nursing Dean and E. Jane Martin Endowed Professor, has been re-elected as the president of the West Virginia Board of Examiners for Registered Professional Nurses.
Dr. Arif Sarwari, former Department of Medicine chair and current professor of infectious diseases, has been named the associate dean for clinical affairs in WVU’s School of Medicine.
