Faculty, staff and friends will have two opportunities to purchase flowers for this special occasion. Pre-orders will be accepted until midnight Saturday (Feb. 12) and will be available for pick up from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 14, at the Evansdale Greenhouse. Club representatives will also sell flowers from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday at the Mountainlair.

Ari Fleischer joins the WVU College of Media's Ashton Marra to discuss polarization and distrust in media, the First Amendment and public perception of free speech, and how media and the political climate have changed in the last 20 years tonight (Feb. 7) at 7:30 p.m. at the WVU College of Law Fitzsimmons Hall. Space is limited; seating available on a first come, first served basis.

During this panel discussion, which takes place today (Feb. 7) at 3 p.m. via Zoom, representatives of different minorities who have taken classes in WVU’s Department of World Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics will talk about what it is like to belong to a minority group at the university, and to what extent their experiences as students of world languages have given them insights into valuing cultural differences and increasing intercultural understanding.
