Sports Hall of Fame  

The public is invited to the 33rd annual Sports Hall of Fame induction beginning at 1 p.m. Saturday (Sept. 23) in the Caperton Indoor Practice Facility prior to the WVU vs. Texas Tech football game. This class brings the total number of inductees to 229.

Mens Soccer  

After earning its highest ranking in program history earlier in the day, the No. 2 men's soccer team picked up a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Dayton Tuesday night (Sept. 19) at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium.

Rifle Team  

The rifle team will open the 2023-24 season as the top-ranked team in the nation, earning the No. 1 spot from the Preseason Collegiate Rifle Coaches Association poll.

Diversity Week Athletics 2023  

Join the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion today (Sept. 19) for Art and Music From Around The World from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. at the Health Sciences Center Pylons, the Mindful Color Walk with Carruth from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in the Mountaineer Room of the Mountainlair, Yappy Hour with the Prevention Team from 2-3 p.m. in the Mountainlair and more.

Faculty, staff and students are invited to attend a Campus Conversation Wednesday (Sept. 20) to outline the next steps in the University’s overarching Transformation initiative. It follows Friday’s (Sept. 15) Board of Governors meeting where the group considered and voted on final recommendations from the Academic Program Portfolio Review process.
