WVU Extension is sending free seeds to any West Virginian who fills out a short online survey. The seeds are available through the Grow This: West Virginia Garden Challenge, a project from the WVU Extension Family Nutrition Program that aims to teach West Virginians how to grow their own food.

The West Virginia Humanities Council has awarded a nearly $20,000 grant to WVU Libraries to create a digital collection of West Virginia folk music recorded by Louis Watson Chappell from 1937-1947. The project will run from May 2023 to May 2024.
