Families will have the opportunity to meet the teaching horses dressed in Halloween costumes from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, at the J.W. Ruby Research, Education and Outreach Center in Reedsville. Children can trick-or-treat and prizes will be awarded for the most original, scariest and funniest family costumes.
