The WVU Teaching and Learning Center and the Office of the Provost will host their first Scholarly Teaching Conference at WVU from May 13-14. The conference officially kicks off at 1 p.m. as WVU Potomac State College in Keyser, WVU Institute of Technology in Beckley and WVU in Morgantown each host catered receptions and poster sessions highlighting effective teaching practices and research on teaching and learning.

Beginning May 2, WVU Extension will host a series of statewide listening sessions to ensure programs and initiatives are meeting the needs of communities, industries and students.

Enjoy an exclusive gallery talk with “Soft/Cover” co-curator DJ Hellerman and a discussion with artist Aimee Koran while taking a last look at exhibitions from 4-7 p.m. April 30 at the Art Museum of WVU. Light hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be served.
Sponsored by the School of Mathematical and Data Sciences, the film screening and discussion of “Counted Out” will be held at 5:45 p.m. April 28 in the Mountainlair Gluck Theatre.
