WVCTSI is accepting applications for its Jumpstart Grant which offers investigators up to $10,000 in funding over a six-month period. To assist investigators interested in applying for pilot grant funding, a special information session will be held from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday (Jan. 10) on Zoom.
Participants will have an initial in-person study visit and two virtual visits across pregnancy. They will also be asked to answer online questionnaires and wear movement monitors for one week.
Qiang Wang will teach participants how to leverage this technique in their research from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Feb. 7.

Kathryn Blethen, a doctoral student in pharmacy pharmaceutical sciences, will research the treatment of brain tumors while contributing to various ongoing clinical trials at the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center.
