The Grand Council of Phi Sigma Kappa notified West Virginia University Wednesday (Oct. 25) that it has suspended the charter of the Delta Chapter, not a recognized WVU student organization. The decision effectively closes Phi Sigma Kappa which was previously disassociated subject to ongoing conduct-related sanctions.

The second annual Eagle Mingle, an event sponsored by the Boy Scouts of America, will be held 2-5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 5, at the Robert H. Mollohan Research Center in Fairmont. All Eagle Scouts, regardless of where or when the rank was earned, are invited to attend.
