Lived Experience Symposium Graphic  

Participants will gain a disability perspective from various disability leaders to support inclusive practice in their daily lives from 5:30-8:30 p.m. March 27 in the Health Sciences Center, Fukushima Auditorium.

Jayla Boyd and Lillian Floyd Researchers  

Jayla Boyd is investigating optimal times for chemotherapy administration based on circadian rhythms and permeability of the blood-brain barrier to help deliver drugs into the brain more effectively, while Lillian Floyd’s research is focused on ghrelin, a hormone associated with hunger, and its impacts on tumor cell growth and breast cancer.

WVU Researchers  

As WVU repositions itself as a more efficient and forward-thinking system, Fred King sees the Mountain State’s flagship, land-grant institution weathering future storms and, despite a changing higher ed landscape, remaining a premier research institution.

Space Debris  

The Office of Student and Faculty Innovation will host Jeanne King, innovative partnership specialist, as she discusses NASA regional resources and partnership opportunities from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday (March 21) at the LaunchLab in Evansdale Crossing.

Womens Basketball  

The women's basketball team will open the first round of the tournament against No. 9-seed Princeton, part of the Albany 2 Region of this year's 64-team bracket, at the Carver-Hawkeye Arena in Iowa City, Iowa. First round games will be played March 22-23.
