Drumming  

The community is invited to enjoy an evening of music, food and celebration as the spring ensembles perform in a two-hour marquee event April 12 at the Canady Creative Arts Center. The concert is dedicated to the memory of Phil Faini, the founder of the WVU World Music Performance Center.

Nursing Virtual Open House  

As the female workforce has grown over the last three decades — now representing nearly 70% of health workers worldwide — faculty and staff at West Virginia University Health Sciences have been supported through the Women in Science and Health Committee.

Research Design  

The WVU community paused this week to celebrate the tremendous work that goes into the University’s status as an R1 institution. As part of the celebration, several researchers were featured in Mountaineer Spotlight, a special WVUToday section.

Baseball  

The baseball team is back on the road to face Kansas in Lawrence. First pitch from Hoglund Ballpark is set for 7 p.m. tonight (April 5), 3 p.m. Saturday (April 6), and 12:30 p.m. Sunday (April 7).

Runner  

The track and field team is set to compete at the Dalton Ebanks Invitational today (April 5) and tomorrow (April 6) at George Mason Stadium in Fairfax, Virginia.
