Nearly 60 community partners recently joined faculty and staff for the Community Partner Appreciation Breakfast and Community Engagement Expo to celebrate the collaborative relationships that drive student and community impact.
Hosted by the Center for Community Engagement, the morning kicked off with breakfast, offering faculty and staff an opportunity to recognize the important contributions of community partners and learn more about ways to collaborate.
The expo provided time to connect, share work, and explore student involvement opportunities.
Together, the events highlighted how the University and its partners collaborate to create meaningful student experiences while addressing community needs.
Partnerships with nonprofits, government agencies, and other community organizations continue to make the University’s commitment to community engagement possible. Faculty and staff interested in connecting their courses, students or programs with community partners are encouraged to connect with the Center for Community Engagement to explore opportunities for collaboration.
