Learn the basics of seedling care and transplanting while helping prepare young plants for the growing season during this hands-on workshop from 6-8 p.m Tuesday (April 28) at the Evansdale Greenhouse.
Participants will also create and take home a seed snail, a fun, space-saving technique that uses repurposed materials and keeps roots tangle-free for easy transplanting.
The WVU Campus Food Garden donates fresh produce to The Rack and other local food pantries throughout the summer and fall, and you’re invited to help us get growing.
Space is limited to 30 participants. Additional registrants will be placed on a waitlist.
