All ITS locations, including the Service Desk, will be closed when the University is closed.
Additionally, the ITS Service Center at the Mountainlair will be closed Dec. 22 through Jan. 2, and the Health Sciences Service Center will be closed Dec. 23.
Mountaineer Card and other technology-related requests can be addressed at the Towers ITS Service Center in Bennett Tower, Room G-118, during University business hours on days the University is open.
You can still look up answers at it.wvu.edu/help when the University is closed. You may also leave a voicemail at 304-293-4444 or create tickets by emailing ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu, but these will not be addressed until ITS reopens.
