Shared Services Center to close early Dec. 9

Shared Services Center

The Shared Services Center and storefronts will close at noon Tuesday (Dec. 9) to accommodate a work-related event.

Customers will still be able to submit cases to SharedServices@mail.wvu.edu during the closure.

In-person support will resume at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday (Dec. 10) at the following storefronts:

  • One Waterfront Place

  • Mountainlair

  • Health Sciences

  • National Research Center for Coal and Energy
