In recognition of LGBTQ+ History Month, the WVU community is invited to attend “Then and Now: Giving Context to LBGTQ+ History and Community in the Mountain State” from 6-8 p.m. Thursday (Oct. 16) in Brooks Hall, Room G25.
A youth organizer and lifelong community builder will join an Appalachian historian to discuss the importance of mutual support within communities and its role in shaping the future of West Virginia.
