Classified Staff Showcase: Brenda Titchnell

Brenda Titchnell is shown with her arms crossed wearing a blue shirt in front of Woodburn Hall on a sunny day in Morgantown.

Brenda Titchnell, a campus service worker lead with Facilities Management Downtown Operations, has been selected for the October Staff Council Classified Staff Showcase.

Originally from Rimersburg, Pennsylvania, Titchnell has been a valued member of the Facilities Management team for nearly 22 years.

In her role, she is responsible for cleaning the Student Services Center on the Downtown area of campus.

Previously, Titchnell worked in Seneca Hall.

“The feedback is the best feeling, whether it’s students and parents complimenting the clean residence hall rooms or office staff saying the academic building looks great, it lets me know I’m doing a great job,” she said.

Outside of work, she enjoys camping and spending time with her family and animals, which include five dogs and three cats.

If you see Brenda around campus, give her a shoutout.

Each month, the University will acknowledge the valuable efforts and hard work of a Classified Staff employee with the Classified Staff Showcase.
