Faculty, professional staff and doctoral students are invited to explore how their roles as educators, researchers, mentors and colleagues can positively shape the academic environments in which they work.
The Change Agent Course, comprising five synchronous sessions through December, engages participants with curated readings and multimedia that provoke thoughtful discussion and critical reflection.
Participants will gain personal insight and professional growth through hands-on exercises, case discussions and peer exchange.
Sessions will be hosted in person in Field Hall, Room 2202 or on Zoom.
Enrollment is capped at 15 to support meaningful engagement.
Registration closes Friday (Sept. 19).
