WVU continues to transition to Zoom Phone to avoid deferred maintenance costs exceeding $1 million and better support a large workforce with many hybrid and fully remote staff.
A live Zoom Phone training session will be held from 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday (Sept. 10). Join us on Zoom.
Additional training opportunities will be announced later this fall. You can find more information about Zoom Phone, including a pre-recorded version of training and other resources, on this page in the IT Help Center.
The two-year transition will continue throughout the academic year, with anticipated completion by July 1, 2026.
