Let’s welcome our students to the University and kick off a new academic year with Welcome Week starting Aug. 13.

Saturday, Aug. 16
WVUp All Night for all students at the Mountainlair.
10 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Sunday, Aug. 17
Sunday Night Lights for first-year students at Milan Puskar Stadium.
7-10 p.m.
Monday, Aug. 18
FallFest for all students at the Evansdale Rec Fields.
7 p.m. Gates open at 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Aug. 19
Student Organization Fair for all students at Student Rec Center.
3-5 p.m.
Tuesday, Aug. 19
Mountaineer Movie Night at Milan Puskar Stadium for all students plus faculty and
staff and their families.
8 p.m.
Wednesday, Aug. 20
First day of classes.
The PRT will operate with special hours during Welcome Week.
Aug. 15-16, 6:30 a.m. to 10:15 p.m.
Aug. 17, 9:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Aug. 18-19, 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Ask Us Anything tents will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug 14-19 at the Mountainlair, Student Rec Center and Health Sciences Center. Staff members at the tents will be able to answer questions from students and other members of the University community.
