Attend lecture on ‘Technological Advances in the Assessment and Treatment of Addiction’

James Mahoney

Hosted by OLLI and the WVU Committee of Retired Faculty, James J. Mahoney will discuss early findings from clinical trials conducted on neuromodulation for addiction at WVU and the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute at 2:30 p.m June 4 at the Mountaineer Mall, OLLI Classroom B and on Zoom.

He will also discuss other technologies developed, such as population health digital infrastructure that utilizes wearable technology and other health data, combined with machine learning to monitor, identify and predict risk factors associated with drug relapse.
