Customer Care Contact Center changes hours of operation

Shared Services Center

Effective April 21, the Customer Care Contact Center for the Shared Services Center will change its core hours of operation to 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

The change ensures proper coverage and availability in line with other Shared Services Center units.

During these hours, customers may speak to a live agent at 304-293-6006 or chat in our Community. 

In-person support is also available from 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at our following storefront locations

  • One Waterfront Place, Third Floor

  • Mountainlair, Room G4A

  • Health Sciences Center, Room G280-B

  • National Research Center for Coal and Energy

Customers may also continue to submit cases in our Community or via email to Sharedservices@mail.wvu.edu at any time.
