Effective April 21, the Customer Care Contact Center for the Shared Services Center will change its core hours of operation to 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The change ensures proper coverage and availability in line with other Shared Services Center units.
During these hours, customers may speak to a live agent at 304-293-6006 or chat in our Community.
In-person support is also available from 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at our following storefront locations:
One Waterfront Place, Third Floor
Mountainlair, Room G4A
Health Sciences Center, Room G280-B
National Research Center for Coal and Energy
Customers may also continue to submit cases in our Community or via email to Sharedservices@mail.wvu.edu at any time.
