Faculty looking to develop their mentoring relationships are invited to attend a community discussion hosted by the ADVANCE Center from 1:30-3 p.m. Thursday (April 10) in Field Hall, Room 2202 or on Zoom.
The drop-in discussion will cover the challenges faculty face in engaging in mentorship and provide effective tools to maximize the value of their professional interactions.
Those planning to attend the discussion should first sign up for a free membership to the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity and watch the “Mentoring Up for Faculty” webinar.
NCFDD provides WVU faculty access to on-demand webinars, mentoring, discussion forums, workshops, dissertation success curriculum and other career development resources.
