The Purpose Center and more than 60 Gallup-certified coaches across campus are available to help graduating students define their goals for the next chapter of their lives — whether they are moving into a career or onto a graduate or professional program.
Students can learn how to leverage their strengths to become more self-aware, highlight their strengths in interviews and more as they transition.
The Purpose Center can assist students in the following ways:
Provide free access to the CliftonStrengths assessment — a tool used by more than 33 million individuals worldwide and within 90% of Fortune 500 companies.
Offer free one-on-one coaching to learn more about individual strengths, how they work together to help students be successful, how they might get in the way and how to apply them holistically.
Coach students to articulate their unique talents, strengths and skills to make them more competitive and confident.
Foster connections to campus resources to help them achieve their goals.
Host purpose or strengths-based workshops specifically tailored to graduating students.
Resources are also available to faculty and staff at no cost.
