While shopping this holiday season, the WVU Procurement Contracting and Payment Services team reminds faculty and staff that Amazon Lockers are available in three locations on campus for package pickup.

Located in Braxton Tower, Summit Hall and the Mountainlair, lockers provide Amazon customers with the option to pick up their packages at secure, self-service kiosks at no additional cost.

Amazon Lockers can be especially helpful for those who live in residences where packages cannot be stored in a mailroom or other secure location and for those who may be unable to pick up packages during their residence’s package pickup hours.

Follow these steps to use the pickup option:

  • Select the applicable locker location at Amazon.com checkout.

  • Confirm you have access to the area of campus in which the locker is located. Note that pickup locations are not accessible to all 24/7. Non-residents cannot enter residence halls (including Braxton Tower and Summit Hall) from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. daily unless accompanied by a resident, and residence halls are closed during University breaks. For access to the Mountainlair lockers, refer to the Mountainlair hours of operation online.

  • You will receive a notification from Amazon that your package is ready for pickup.

  • Pick up your package at the applicable location.
