Attend lunch and learn on self-care during stressful times

The Collegiate Recovery Lunch and Learn Series will host “From Surviving to Thriving: Mastering Stress, Focus and Self-Care During High-Stress Periods” from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday (Dec. 3) in the Mountainlair, Mountaineer Room.

With finals and holidays fast approaching, this session will help attendees build practical tools for managing stress, improving focus and practicing self-care.

Actionable strategies to improve mental well-being and boost resilience during stressful times will also be shared. 

This session will be hosted by Courtney Nuzum, behavioral health therapist with the Carruth Center, and Olivia Dale Pape, director of the Collegiate Recovery Program.
