WVU seeks nominations for MLK Achievement Award

The prestigious award is presented annually to a resident of West Virginia who best exemplifies the values and ideals taught by Martin Luther King Jr. 

The award recognizes substantial contributions to the advancement of civil and human rights, humanitarianism, social action and/or the advancement of diversity and inclusion.

The award recipient will be announced during the 2025 MLK Unity Breakfast slated for 9:30 a.m. Jan. 18 in the Mountainlair Ballrooms. 

Submit a nomination by Dec. 13.
