Employees and students can instead use the PRT or Mountain Line buses to travel around campus. Drivers can also find alternate short-term parking in lots ST-1 at the Art Museum, ST-4 at the Rec Center or ST-6 at Blaney House.
In addition, the WVU Parking Management team is offering game parking in select lots on the Evansdale area of campus for all home WVU men’s basketball games.
Beginning approximately two hours before the game, fans can park in the following lots for just $10, which can be paid via ParkMobile, available for all lots, or via pay station, available in short-term lots only:
ST-1 (Art Museum)
Area 40 (NRCCE)
Area 41 (Engineering Sciences)
Area 45 (Creative Arts Center; this lot may be limited or unavailable due to CAC events)
Area 49 (Rec Center)
Area 51A (Art Museum)
Area 51B (Art Museum)
Area 77 (College of Applied Human Sciences; excludes patient parking)
These lots are separate from parking offered by the WVU Athletics Department. Those who have a permit for one of these lots may continue to park in their lot like normal while game parking is offered.
Those who are not attending the basketball game and need parking for other reasons can continue to do so in other available lots, such as ST-4 at the Student Rec Center and ST-6 at Blaney House.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
