WVU employees can now use the IT Help Center to view ITS managed classroom and conference room technology across the Downtown, Evansdale and Health Sciences areas of campus, including each room’s available equipment and features through ITS Help Center: Technology Classrooms. WVU login credentials are required.
This resource consolidates information that was previously found on the Teaching and Learning Commons and Health Sciences Center websites, which have been decommissioned.
Additionally, this resource provides direct links and instructions to 25Live, the University scheduling system that lets staff and faculty reserve classrooms, computer labs and conference rooms.

This change is part of standardizing the way ITS operates, creating a consistent customer experience regardless of where you work. It also ensures that employees get the most accurate and current technical support information.
