Join the Faculty Staff Assistance Program Support Squad weekly book club to connect and share insights with colleagues while exploring some of the most thought-provoking literature on self-help and personal growth.
Revealing the key to happiness and fulfillment through decades of research on what truly makes life meaningful, “The Good Life” is based on the Harvard study of adult development.
In the book, Marc S. Schulz and Dr. Robert J. Waldinger explore how strong relationships are the foundation of a satisfying life, offering practical wisdom on how to build deeper connections and foster a sense of well-being.
The book club will meet from 4-5 p.m. every Thursday beginning Oct. 3 through Nov. 21 on Zoom.
Discussions will be led by Hayley Correll, clinical social worker at FSAP, and graduate assistant McKinsey Marrara.
