President Gordon Gee will join Braden Adkins, the Mountaineer mascot, today (Aug. 9) to greet visitors in the WVU Building and other locations at the State Fair of West Virginia in Fairlea.
The fair allows the University to showcase its land-grant mission by reaching tens of thousands of people, including alumni, future students, families, young people and others.
The WVU Building is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily through Friday (Aug. 16).
The fair ends at 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17.
