Drs. Eyad Khabbaz and Garrett Jones have joined the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery as assistant professors and general otolaryngologists.
Dr. Khabbaz, who has been in practice for more than 23 years, has vast experience in all aspects of otolaryngology. He received his medical degree from Damascus University in 1996, and in 2001, he completed his otolaryngology residency at Damascus University Hospitals.
He has also completed the following fellowships: Rhinology, Sinus and Skull Base Surgery Fellowship at Georgia Health Sciences University; Advanced Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Cancer Clinical Fellowship and Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery Fellowship at the University of Cincinnati; Pediatric Otolaryngology Clinical Fellowship Rotation at the University of Colorado; and an Otology/Neurotology Fellowship at the Hough Ear Institute in Oklahoma City.

Dr. Jones received his medical degree from WVU in 2019, and completed his otolaryngology residency at the University in June 2024.
