Kathy Clingerman is retiring after more than four decades at WVU, including the last 37 years working for the Mountainlair Student Union Reservations Office.
Over the years, many have come to know Clingerman for her smile, great conversations, attention to detail and her ability to always meet customer needs.
She has a love and passion for her job and the Mountainlair, and has always wanted the best for events hosted at the site.
During her time at the University, many things have changed, but she has been a constant. She has earned her retirement, and the opportunity to spend more time with her family, traveling often and relaxing at the beach.
Colleagues and friends are invited to celebrate her retirement from 1-3 p.m. on May 2 in the Mountainlair, Mountaineer Room.
