As part of our continuing efforts to improve customer service for the faculty and staff that we serve, the WVU Shared Services Center invites members of the WVU community to attend the quarterly Customers’ Group Meeting tomorrow (April 24) on Zoom.
During this meeting, the Workforce Administration team will discuss Open Enrollment for Plan Year 2025 and touch on the Offboarding Checklist for supervisors and UPS CampusShip.
Attend the meeting at noon or 4 p.m. on Zoom.
These meetings provide an opportunity for the Shared Services team to share updates on key initiatives and hear directly from our current and future customers.
There is an established agenda for each meeting; however, we will always allow time for your feedback on what we are doing well and opportunities for improvement.
