Faculty, staff, students and others are encouraged to come out and enjoy an afternoon of community service and environmental stewardship on the Downtown Campus and in surrounding neighborhoods from 2-4:30 p.m. Friday (April 19).
Participants will have the chance to win $500 towards an approved charity or initiative of their choice.
Stick around after the cleanup for “Earth Day on the Mountainlair Green,” hosted by the Sierra Student Coalition, from 4-8 p.m. The event will feature live music, art vendors, food and giveaways.
