The 11th annual international competition and student film screening series will be held April 18-21 at the Canady Creative Arts Center, Mountainlair and Morgantown Art Party.
The film screenings and exhibits are free and open to the public.
The festival will screen approximately 100 independent and cutting-edge films, videos and animations made by students and others from across the region and around the world.
The event will also feature a series of live experimental art performances, a panel discussion on artificial intelligence and art, Q&A sessions with visiting filmmakers, a filmmaking workshop and an awards ceremony.
