Deadline extended for supervisors to complete performance reviews

To give supervisors additional time and ensure they provide meaningful feedback as part of the 2023 performance review process, the deadline for first and second-level supervisors to complete their reviews has been extended to Monday, April 8.

As a result of this change, the overall timeline for the 2023 performance review process has been slightly modified.

  • First and second-level supervisors will have until Monday, April 8, to complete and submit electronic reviews for their direct reports in the Blue Performance Evaluation System.

  • On Tuesday, April 9, all reviews will be locked for editing, and Employee Relations will compile analytical data for Vice Presidents and Deans, which will be provided to them on April 12 and must be approved by April 19.

  • From April 26 through May 15, supervisors can conduct employee review meetings. Employees will be given 10 business days to review their performance review and provide comments. The 10 business-day comment period will begin after the employee has received either the email with the link to the comments page or accessed the comment page on their performance review dashboard.
