Research study seeking adults with physically active jobs

University researchers are looking for healthy adults with physically active jobs to participate in a research study which is seeking to understand the effects of physical activity at work on cardiovascular health.

The study involves two visits to a WVU laboratory lasting less than one hour and then wearing monitors measuring physical activity and cardiovascular health for one week.

All participants who complete the study will receive up to $150 as compensation.

This study was approved by the West Virginia University Institutional Review Board. Approval is on file. The devices used in the study are either non-medical in nature or have been previously approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the intended use in this study.
