Annual reporting for Board of Governors program review launches Monday

WVU will continue its annual reporting process using program data from the Academic Performance Solutions platform. The annual reporting process will open on Monday (Oct. 30) and reports are due Friday, Dec. 1.

Reports will be required of all bachelor’s degree programs on the WVU Morgantown and Beckley Campuses, as well as all terminal master’s degree programs in Morgantown, with the following exceptions:

  • Programs that are undergoing a Board of Governors five-year review this academic year (2023-24) do not have to submit reports this year.

  • Programs that submitted self-studies for Academic Transformation this summer (2023) do not have to submit reports this year. 

Emails with more specific instructions have been sent to each college’s dean’s office and department chairs.
