Robynn Shannon, director of curriculum development in the Office of the Provost, will offer workshops to those who are involved in developing a curriculum map for their academic program either now or in the future.
A curriculum map is required for a curriculum proposal, including both a program revision or new program, and the self-study for a Board of Governors five-year program review.
A well-constructed curriculum map can provide valuable information about an academic program’s curricular structure and form the basis for meaningful program-level assessment of student learning.
Learn the basics and/or bring your map to work on during one of the following workshops scheduled from noon to 1:30 p.m.:
Thursday (Oct. 19) in the Advanced Engineering Building, Room 120
Friday (Oct. 20) in Reynolds Hall, Room 6201
