Encourage graduate students to apply for ‘Diversity No Matter What’ cohort

Rainbow Flag LGBTQ Center

Graduate students passionate about promoting diversity and inclusivity in academia are invited to apply for this opportunity to make a difference in the LGBTQ+ community.

This initiative, led by the WVU LGBTQ+ Center and funded by the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission, supports and empowers graduate students who are committed to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion within the LGBTQ+ community and beyond.

The “Diversity No Matter What” graduate student cohort also aims to improve retention and graduation rates.

The cohort is open to all graduate students; however, Black and brown LGBTQ+ students are strongly encouraged to apply.

The application period closes Saturday (Sept. 30).
