Office of Sponsored Programs to roll out new customer relations management software

To simplify and improve customer support for proposals, awards, agreements and general questions about research administration, the Office of Sponsored Programs will begin using Salesforce on Tuesday, Aug. 1.

A single email to OSP_Help@mail.wvu.edu will create a case automatically.

The new case management system will immediately replace the Status Inquiry and Prioritization Request forms on the OSP website.
