Banner (STAR) and STAR-related applications will be unavailable from 3 p.m. Friday (June 30) to 12:01 a.m. Saturday (July 1) for critical business processes associated with the end of the fiscal year.
This will affect the Banner self-service app (star.wvu.edu), Banner administrative forms (STAR INB), Banner Document Management (BDM), Banner Operational Data Store (ODS) and Degree Works.
It’s common to see an error message when you try to log in after a system update. If you are unable to log in once this work has been completed, try clearing your browser history, closing your browser and relaunching it. Rebooting your device will also clear a previously cached page.
