Applications are being accepted for the ninth round of grants through an enrichment fund established by Women of WVU.
Applications, along with a proposal stating the need and purpose for funding and letter of recommendation, are due by Friday (April 21).
The group was established by the West Virginia University Foundation to provide women who love the University another way to become engaged and make an impact on the lives of WVU women.
The Women of WVU Enrichment Fund was created to provide support funding for female students and programs benefiting women at WVU. One-year student project grants up to $2,500 and one-to-three-year program grants up to $5,000 are available.
The Women of WVU Enrichment Fund is intended to support activities that complement and enhance projects and programs at WVU, especially those that have a direct impact on West Virginia. Funding is not available for tuition, books or fees or international travel.
