WVU experts Tim Nurkiewicz and Dr. Bill Ramsey will discuss the N-95 mask, testing and treatment at 11 a.m. tomorrow (April 5) at the Mountaineer Mall and on Zoom.
Experts agree the COVID-19 vaccine is the most important strategy for preventing serious illness; however, if worn correctly, an N-95 mask can be an effective method to help decrease transmission.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, seniors are at higher risk for COVID-19 infection. Nearly 99% of cases occur among those over the age of 65.
