The Division of Talent and Culture’s Leadership and Organization Development team recently was made aware of an issue affecting faculty and staff who are attempting to register for professional development courses in the LOD Class Registration Portal.
Employees can continue to access the portal and register for classes. However, the courses will not display on the employee’s profile or users may receive an error message when attempting to access or complete a course.
The LOD team is working with its third-party vendor, Modern Campus, to address the problem. An update will be shared in MOUNTAINEER E-News when the issue has been resolved.
