Learn about Generation Z in the workplace

Faculty and staff are invited to attend “Welcome, Gen Z! A Guide to Working with Generation Z in the Workplace” from 11 a.m. to noon March 8.

Addicted to technology, short attention span, multitasker and culturally intelligent are just a few of the characteristics people commonly associate with Generation Z. 

Join Leadership and Organization Development for an opportunity to learn how the newest generation of employees contributes to their work environments and strategies to blend the most generationally diverse workforce the world has ever seen.

Participants will get a “snapshot” of the primary characteristics of Gen Z and learn the following: 

• How to accurately define Gen Z

• The primary differences between millennials and Gen Z in the workplace

• Helpful methods of managing Gen Z in the workplace
