WVU Career Services will host the Business and Communications Career and Internship Fair Wednesday (Feb. 15) and the Behavior and Social Sciences Career and Internship Fair Thursday (Feb. 16) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Mountainlair Ballrooms
The career fairs are open to alumni and students of all majors. Faculty and staff are also invited to explore the opportunities available to students and enjoy the networking experience.
Students seeking employment and networking opportunities in accounting, management, journalism, communication studies, sport management and related fields are encouraged to attend the Business and Communications Career and Internship Fair.
Students seeking employment and networking opportunities in social work, education, criminology, psychology, sociology and related fields, are encouraged to attend the Behavior and Social Sciences Career and Internship Fair.
Students are expected to be ready to network during the career fairs by researching the companies they hope to meet with in advance, and scheduling an individual appointment with a Career Development Specialist to review their resume or answer any questions.
Professional attire is required and free professional headshots are available to students at the events.
