We are seeking adults to participate in a research study to examine an intervention to increase physical activity in people who are currently physically inactive.
Participants can sign up individually or with a group of three friends or acquaintances.
Participants must wear a Fitbit for at least 15 weeks and attend two 30-minute sessions in the Life Sciences Building. Participants will be eligible to receive monetary incentives.
Other eligibility requirements include the following:
• Be older than 18,
• Sign up with a group of three individuals who are all friendly with each other and interact regularly.
