Enhancements made to Facilities Management work request process

As part of our continuing efforts to provide a great customer experience for faculty, staff and students, the Auxiliary and Business Services Facilities Management team recently made some enhancements to the work request process.

When a work request is submitted online, the requester now will receive an email to their WVU address confirming the work has been completed.

The requester also will have the opportunity within the email to rate their level of satisfaction with the work performed by selecting one of three emojis indicating they are “dissatisfied,” “somewhat satisfied” or “satisfied.”
