Shared Services Center quarterly group meeting set for Wednesday

As part of our continuing efforts to improve customer service for the faculty and staff that we serve, the WVU Shared Services Center is inviting members of the WVU community to our quarterly Customers’ Group Meeting.   

The next meeting will be held Wednesday (Jan. 25) on Zoom. To accommodate employee schedules, we will host the meeting at noon and 4 p.m.

Join us on Zoom. 

Career Services will introduce the new student employment hiring process and we will present the findings of a recent National Science Foundation Office of Inspector General audit and discuss sponsored award spending.

If you would like the option to speak during the meeting, sign into Zoom using your WVU credentials. 

Quarterly meetings provide an opportunity for the Shared Services team to share updates on key initiatives and to hear directly from our customers. 

There is an established agenda for each meeting; however, we will always allow time for your feedback on what we are doing well or areas needing improvement.
