ITS recommends employees who use VPN connect as soon as possible to accept upgrade

Employees who use the Virtual Private Network for access to secure WVU systems are advised to launch the VPN as soon as it’s convenient and accept an upgrade.

If you see a prompt with username@mail.wvu.edu in one of the fields, delete the @mail extension, enter only your username and then enter your login password. 

If you continue to have problems after that, call the ITS Service Desk at 304-293-4444.

This recent change does not affect Health Sciences employees who won’t see this upgrade.
